Oysters Rockefeller: Fried Parmesan crusted oysters, creamed spinach, horseradish crème, bacon and crispy onions

Second Course
Rösti potato: Yukon potatoes shredded and fried in duck fat, topped with chives, shallot, clabber cream, (caviar optional)
Seared sea scallop: Carolina Gold parlou, kimchi aioli, smoked pepper trinity, pickled cucumber.


Third Course
Seared Sea Bass, Sea Island red pea succotash, Citrus vinaigrette, lump blue crab, sweet tea espuma
Saffron and Eggplant Gobbo: pine nut sofrito, smoked tomato sauce, crispy Brussels sprouts, cardoons and petite basil
Braised Short Ribs, parsnip puree, crispy beef strains, dauphine potatoes, parmesan-tomato brodo, broccoli rabe
